1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and jpo4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the jpo4d online betting platform available at https://jpo4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By registering an account, accessing the website, placing bets, or using any services provided by jpo4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not create an account or participate in any betting activities.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by you on the jpo4d platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on sports events, casino games, togel lottery draws, sabung ayam cockfighting matches, slot machines, or other gambling products offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, loyalty reward, or other incentive provided by jpo4d to players.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal payment method to your jpo4d Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring submission of identity documents, proof of address, and age verification.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your jpo4d Account balance to your designated payment method.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and maintain an account on jpo4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Indonesian legal standards and responsible gaming practices.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and while using the Platform.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law or where our services are restricted.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or registered on any national or international gambling exclusion databases.

jpo4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, phone number, and KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if changes occur.

Each individual is permitted to register only ONE account on jpo4d. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, cancellation of any pending bets, and forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify jpo4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jpo4d shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, jpo4d requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date.
2. Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address matching your registration details.
3. Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face with both your face and the ID document clearly visible.

KYC processing typically completes within 1 to 24 hours. During this period, you may deposit and place bets, but withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is successfully completed. jpo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or information if initial submissions are unclear, inconsistent, or raise security concerns.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jpo4d supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction. Players may request increased limits by contacting customer support with justification and enhanced verification.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Crediting

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your jpo4d account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of payment gateway delays or technical issues, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. If funds are not credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number and payment proof.

jpo4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Ensure sufficient funds are available in your source account to cover both the intended deposit amount and any associated fees.

4.3 Deposit Source and Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own legal name matching your jpo4d account registration details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from accounts not in your name will be refunded (minus any applicable processing fees) and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

jpo4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns, including but not limited to: employment verification, bank statements showing salary deposits, business ownership documentation, or inheritance/gift documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your jpo4d account, you must first complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and betting history, typically ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.

You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement). This means you must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit before the deposited funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and applies to all deposits regardless of whether they were used to claim bonuses.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) on non-holiday weekdays. Withdrawals requested outside business hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian national holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Chinese New Year, Christmas, and Independence Day) may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours.

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 25,000,000 may require additional security review, potentially extending processing time up to 48 hours. jpo4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that appears unusual based on account activity patterns, bet sizing, win frequency, or other risk indicators.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limitations

jpo4d does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawal requests per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond three per month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 100,000 per transaction. To avoid fees, we recommend consolidating withdrawal requests when possible rather than making frequent small withdrawals.

Players who deposit and immediately withdraw without placing significant bets may have their accounts flagged for bonus abuse or money laundering concerns. Such behavior may result in withdrawal delays, mandatory extended rollover requirements, account restrictions, or permanent closure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

jpo4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or rollover requirements) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires you to place Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (usually 7 to 30 days) or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly; coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits (syndicate play); betting on highly correlated outcomes across multiple accounts; low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (hedging opposite sides of markets); and exploiting technical errors or system glitches to gain unfair advantage.

jpo4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior warning. In cases of suspected fraud, we may also reverse deposits and report the matter to relevant authorities. All bonus eligibility decisions are made at jpo4d's sole discretion and are final.

6.3 Bonus Opt-Out and Cancellation

Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support. Once a bonus is credited to your account, you may cancel it before completing wagering requirements by requesting cancellation via customer support. Cancelling a bonus will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings generated while the bonus was active, but your original deposit and winnings from that deposit (separate from bonus play) will remain intact.

7. Betting Rules and Disputes

7.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on jpo4d are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules for each game type, sport, or market. Once a bet is confirmed and your account balance is deducted, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the event is cancelled, postponed beyond its scheduled completion date, or jpo4d identifies a technical error that affected odds or bet acceptance.

jpo4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where we suspect bonus abuse, matched betting, syndicate activity, irregular betting patterns, or bets placed using inside information. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and player account, with typical limits ranging from Rp 100,000 to Rp 50,000,000 per bet depending on liquidity and risk assessment.

7.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing body of each sport at the time the event is officially completed. For football (soccer) matches including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do NOT count toward settlement unless specifically included in the market rules.

If a match is postponed or suspended and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match venue is changed after bets are placed, bets remain valid provided the home team designation remains unchanged.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Casino games including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slot machines, and togel lottery draws are governed by the official rules published by the respective game providers. Random Number Generators (RNG) used in slots and digital table games are independently certified for fairness and tested regularly by third-party auditing firms.

If a game malfunctions during play (display errors, connection interruptions, software glitches), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome was already determined prior to the malfunction. Live dealer games interrupted by technical issues may be completed at a later time, and bets will be settled based on the eventual outcome once the game resumes.

7.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the bet settlement with a detailed explanation and supporting evidence. Disputes submitted after 14 days will not be reviewed. jpo4d's customer service team will investigate the matter and provide a decision, which may include correcting the settlement, providing compensation, or rejecting the dispute with explanation.

All decisions made by jpo4d regarding bet settlements, bonus awards, account restrictions, and disputes are final and binding. By using the Platform, you waive any right to pursue legal action or alternative dispute resolution for amounts under Rp 10,000,000. For disputes exceeding Rp 10,000,000, parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jpo4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their betting activities. We strongly encourage all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

Players may implement the following responsible gaming controls through their account settings or by contacting customer support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts); loss limits (maximum net losses per time period); session time limits (automatic logout after specified playing duration); reality check reminders (pop-up notifications showing time and money spent); cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension for 24 hours to 6 months); and permanent self-exclusion (irreversible account closure).

9. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction
• Engaging in fraudulent activities including payment fraud, identity theft, or collusion with other players
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets without human intervention
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other risk-free betting strategies across multiple platforms
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform's software or security systems

jpo4d reserves the right to investigate suspicious account activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity. Evidence of fraud or illegal activity will be preserved and may be shared with relevant authorities and other online gambling operators to prevent further abuse.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the jpo4d platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, betting odds compilations, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of jpo4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from jpo4d.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

jpo4d provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy of odds, game outcomes, payment processing speeds, or any other aspect of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jpo4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from betting activities; losses due to technical malfunctions or outages; unauthorized access to your account due to security breaches; errors in bet settlement or payment processing; or lost profits or business opportunities.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it and close your account. jpo4d's total aggregate liability for all claims related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpo4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration procedures, with proceedings conducted in English.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jpo4d. Each party retains the right to seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jpo4d's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jpo4d regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. No amendment to these Terms shall be binding unless made in writing and posted on the website by jpo4d.
